To me the difference between the Genuine Oh Hae Young and the other one that smiles fakely is that she is straigthforward with her feelings all the time and she does not need to put others down to feel better with herself she may think she lacks confidence but this is the very foundation of a confident character like Tablo said "robbing's someone's smile and putting it in your face does not make you happy" which is what to me the other Oh Hae Yong Knowingly does\did to Hae Young
