@TurkishRose I am 200% sure remember the flashback when she was a child. In Ho knows in the back of hi mind but he is blinded by pity, love and guilt for her.
enjoyed it but didnt understand the ending completely.
What i understood is exactly as it is shown he already knew that when she completed the money she would leave so that is why he did what he did but when he realized she had left he did ran after her but he was too late that is why she says" like that would ever happen" because she hoped he would come after her and stop her from leaving but she never knew he did. I saw this movie long ago but i clearly remember the end
