Hi, another question.... Since the change the ML, was this the reason it taken so long? Also did the reshoot the complete drama again and or only the ML parts with the FL and other actors?
I’m on episode 7 now, and while this isn’t really a romance drama, I’ve got to say… the mother’s way of “protecting” her daughter feels way over the top. There are other ways to show care without going that extreme.
As for the ML, I’m actually glad to see him in another costume drama. I first saw him in Dreaming Back to the Qing Dynasty, which was an excellent series. His character there was much like he is now—strong-minded and perfectly in sync with the role.
The FL, on the other hand, feels a bit too overbearing in how she’s playing her part. It’s not bad acting, but it comes off heavier than it needs to.
I can't count how many times I've watched episode 4, where she meets her three suitors. The moment she finally…
My favorite scene is when she sneaks out of the house and gets drunk. she said " Lu byi is here" then she says.... oh, he gone. Her expression and just the way she acts that scene was excellent and funny too
HI, everyone from what I've been reading it's open ending to this drama. Does anyone know if there's a 2nd part to it? So, the ending isn't happy or sad.... no one dies and or they together?
WOW… I can’t believe such a talented actor has passed away. I first saw him in Eternal Love. Even though his role in the drama wasn’t a big one, his smile and that quiet, stand-offish charm completely won me over. I always hoped he would one day lead a drama of his own.
I pray the truth comes to light about what really happened, because in my heart, I don’t believe he was the kind of person who would take his own life.
Hi everyone, quick question: Is this story a romance drama where she actually ends up with the king—and does it have a happy ending? Also, is the storyline told in a back-and-forth style between the past and the present?
