Unfortunately only on Netflix Korea with Korean subs. You can try putting in a request with Netflix, hopefully they will add it to other countries with English subs. I use the website https://unogs.com to see whats on Netflix in different countries (VPN).

Saw that this drama will be added on to Netflix (Netherlands), shown in the New & Popular, Worth The Wait Section (no date though).

Found a website that claims it’s on Netflix Philippines, Thailand and Hong Kong. I tried to check it with a VPN (could not for Philippines) and it didn’t show up so I doubt it’s accurate.
