I've already seen go go squid, but that was years ago. He didn't leave much of an impression then. I watched a few episodes of Meet yourself but it was slow so I didn't finish it. Maybe I'll go back and watch it after this!

Sadly, she just had a few more scenes and left shortly after. I missed her cute face but maybe for the best. With this era, anything bad can happen to any characters. I gave in and start watching Will love in spring haha it's different but good as well. I never really notice Li Xian before but with these 2 airing dramas, he just became one of my favorite male actors lol

I'm on episode 4, but I'm confused. Why are people here calling ZJ a slut when she didn't even know what it means to really like someone? I saw on the comment that she had an ex but this doesn't mean that they slept together or even if they did, that doesn't make her a slut. I don't get it.

I actually like the brother before episode 23. I can understand his action in preventing the ML from associating with the FL but didn't know he was on the bad side now.

Yes agree. This has more romance than expected and I'm happy about it. It seems like the ML likes the FL more, by his expression and actions but I think she's more reserved since she thinks it's unlikely they can be together so held back.

Shooting Stars. It's a republican era drama and i don't usually watch them but it's so good! It's more of suspense and action but there is subtle romance. Bonus - Li Xian looks so good in uniform and the little girl there was awesome!

I couldn't resist and had to start this. I'm on episode 2 and this is awesome. Li Xian, both his 2 airing dramas are SO GOOD!!

ah I guess wrong haha. I should have known, time passed really slow in this drama. Within a month - ML found a little girl after seeing her parents murdered, took her in, helped her find the killer by taking police exam, became an officer, made friends, found love, getting into fights, FL got beat up to near death but recovered soon, accused of being a communist, and then go through a court case and acquitted. All this about a month time haha. Although timeline was unrealistic, I'm still enjoying it :-)

Same. I dropped this around episode 30. Didn't feel like watching the rest since it's all about the mom and I'm not interesting in more of her storyline.

Was it only 2 months? I thought the time skip was 1 year. I can't read Chinese but i thought I saw 'one' in Chinese so assume it was 1 year.

ikr. It's probably because of the republican era. I won't have started this if I didn't run out of dramas to watch. It's so good so far. All the 4 main leads are so likable and I'm enjoying all their interactions.

How come WDQ didn't get punished for framing HZ by fabricating evidence? He was walking around freely after the court case.

The ML didn't look that old in all the photos posted. If I didn't check out his profile page, I won't know his real age. If his age wasn't listed, I wonder if everyone would have a problem with it, looking at them visually.

I'm actually glad her emotions got to her. At least you know she's not a Mary Sue and can do nothing wrong.

I was just getting used to the title "Gone with the Wind". At least the new title didn't have the words Blossom or Love in it lol
