How it's not only a "she can talk, she just choses not to". The scene with Ina in ep6 was insanely good. She's…
Yeah it's really refreshing. I feel like 406 also gives her some kind of freedom around that. Because no one knows it's her speaking on the phone, so she can say everything she wants to say since she stopped speaking.
I still haven't made my mind about what I felt about it tbh. Because yeah it was a feel good movie, but also i feel like... 80% of it wasn't actually really useful ? Idk how to explain it, I'm just so lost about what to take out of this drama. There was a plotline, yeah, but aside from that ? Nothing made sense, a lot of useless thing, and I didn't really understand how / where it was going, the aim of it? But really good actors, fights, and costumes. I loved it. But still i'm lost lol
How it's not only a "she can talk, she just choses not to". The scene with Ina in ep6 was insanely good. She's been bullied into not talking for years, even if she actually can talk, she's not because she's having such a hard time understanding and wrapping her head around the fact that she can. And I'm really glad it's that way and not her beginning to talk the moment someone knows she's not really mute. It's giving such depth to the character, I actually really like it
Can we talk about how annoying are both SFL and SML tho ?
They're both too pushy towards their crush, and I really don't like his behavior idk he gives me the ick. For the girl, she's too much like a teenager having a huge crush it's annoying. i really wait for them to grow up bcs please, it's enough.
Okay, so I didn't read the webtoon but here's my theory. The psycho is actually the real Baek SaEon and killed three of the disapeared kids. The fourth one is the actual Baek SaEon, who he tried to kill but was somehow kept from, and who became Baek SaEon bcs those rich ppl couldn't have a psycho son. Idk who pushed HuiJoo tho, I saw someone said it was actually the assistant, and I kinda like that idea ( even if I don't want him to be a bad guy I kinda like him )
I really loved it but I was kinda set off by ep 10
I mean, the whole "she's dead and it traumatized him but btw she just staged it to look exactly like how his first wife died, and didn't really die" was too much. First of all it was reeeaaally cruel to him, and even if I know why she did it, it was still kind of too much. And I didn't even really understand if they found her like two days or four month after the accident ? Cuz it looked like it was really close, with the uncle speaking in his mind to the kid, and the suspicious mother, but it also looked like MC had some time to be traumatized again. So yeah, wth was that ?
That was actually really cute. Cliche, kind of too fast and too slow at the same time, and a little bit cringey but gosh the only thing I chose to keep were the cuteness, and FL's beauty. i really loved her acting it was refreshing and she's soooo pretty. The kind of second couple was really cute too.
I really love the Kwak Dongyeon / Lee Joobin pairing in this. They are two actors that I really love, and who kinda often take some roles I have mixed feelings for. Like her roles in Be melodramatic / She sould never know / money heist, or his roles in Vincenzo / Big Mouth. Characters you kinda overlook at the beginning because you feel like they're really obvious, but then they have the best evolution ever.
So yeah, I really hope they used both their potentials in this, and we'll have a good storyline for them
Tbh, I feel like I can see a part of the plot coming. Like, he will continue to be nice to her to be in her will or whatever. He'll protect her and help her find who tried to kill her but by doing so he'll remember all the reasons he loved her. We're probably gonna have a heartbreaking conversation between them, with him apologizing and her explaining how she protected him from her family somehow. And then they'll cry some more bcs HaeIn is gonna die. And then miracle, she doesn't. Somewhere in all that we learn about her sibling, her brother somehow stops being a douche bcs he learns something / almost lose his wife / whatever bullshit that can make him go better and have a character evolution (this actor is the BEST for characters like this tbh). And yeah, maybe at some point they emancipate from the whole family ? And probably some rivalry about the succession.
Yeah, so the plot seems kinda clear to me. I really hope they'll deviate from this kinda full kdrama cliche storyline, and give us some surprising plot twists or whatever.
Tho I'd still love it if this was the storyline lol. The cast is really great and the portraying of ML and FL is insane
God damn was HW cheering about his wife's upcoming death some real scummy shit lol. I can understand it because…
I agree that this part where he was happy left me with a bitter impression. Like, I understand he came to hate her. But being happy about her death ? Maybe it's because we got both the povs while he only got his.
About their past, I'd be reaaaally annoyed if they pulled up the "omg they knew each others as kids" plot line cuz it's one of the ones i'm the most fed up with. Tho, I'm interested in HaeIn's sibling that died, probably protecting her from what we saw in the preview.
Really loved ep4 tho. The whole "I'll make you fall for me" when he's the one slowly falling for her is kinda cliche but well executed. And I loved that we begin to have a little bit more of the dramatic aspects unfolding, with the mother thing, and DoHan's ex too.
But really good actors, fights, and costumes. I loved it. But still i'm lost lol
