Do you have to watch the previous season in order to watch this?
Yes and No at the same time. Yes bcs it gives you all the relationships explanation, and you understand a little bit better what's happening at the very beginning. No bcs they explain what you need to know. Yes bcs just to see the brothers bicker as childs in s1. No bcs you might as well watch s2 now that it's airing and s1 later (just be aware that s2 spoils s1 tho )
And yes this drama is similar to sam and dean from American tv show supernatural And I know that this is an Asian…
I'm a huuuuge fan of SPN and I never really made the link to this but now that you said it, I can see it. Not the whole love story plot ofc, but the "brothers hunting things" plot is reminding of spn. And I loove it.
They summarize the first season during the first episode and present each character. Honestly the first season…
That was the best explanation I've ever read on that drama xD You just forgot that the boyfriend and the brother are handsome, and that the osts are golden
hi I have a question 🙋♀️ what happened to his wife s1 and he’s gonna love this woman s2
The FL of s1 is just still in the present while Lee Yeon got back in the past. And I don't think there'll be a love story with FL of s2, given how they presented her. And in the first eps we see that Lee Yeon is really in love with the girl of s1
Man... Mad respect for Hanygyul, seriously! After debuting 4 times he's still going after his dream! He deserves…
The first time I saw Hangyul was in the unit, and I rooted for him soooo hard, but then it didn't work out for him, so he did PX101, and I was so happy when he debuted ? But that still didn't work... So BAE173 debuted and I was following them, but they were really underrated, and that also kinda flopped... But now, this is his... I can't even count how many tries he've done, and I'm so proud of him for never giving up, so I hope it'll finally work out and give him the recognition he deserves
I'm currently rewatching this and it's strange bcs this was my first kdrama ever, and it brought me to the world…
Just changing my mind on ep 16 because this scene between Jidwi and Suno, where both of them knew who the King really was, and still talked like they didn't... That was a heartbreaking moment

About ep 20, this whole moment when we can see the feeling of betrayal in the King's eyes is insane. He really did act with his eyes on this. And then, Suno just bringing the ministre's plan down... Honestly it was soooo enjoyable to watch ! I loved it, how the ML didn't finish with both the girl and the throne. I mean, I didn't really ship them, there love story was... cringey af, the FL was annoying af, but okay, they were together, I'm not that phased about this bcs even if I did love the SML more, I didn't want him to get the girl. But the fact that ML got the girl and SML the throne... It was really meaningful imo And big up to Banryu and Sooyeon, and this cute end. I loved them soooo much, Banryu was one of my fav characters, and I really loved how his character built some development trhoughout their relationship.
I'm currently rewatching this and it's strange bcs this was my first kdrama ever, and it brought me to the world of kdramas so I'm a little bit biased on this.
I really like this, not only for this reason, but because I kinda liked the plot. The Hwarang thing, the hidden King, etc, were really fun. Not a fan of the love story but... yeah, I deal with that.
Banryu and Suho were incredible throughout the whole show.
ep 1 to 10 were really funny, and interesting, giving us the heartwarming moments we needed, and pathing to the main storyline.
ep 11 to 15 are the bests imo. The whole Bekje thing is insane, the character developpement... everything was on point. I just didn't get why Jidwi and Suno don't need to wear the hairbands while the others still do?
ep 16 to 19 are honestly a little bit too much on the political side for me. It's like nothing really happened just... Politics everywhere...
ep 20 is a banger. I mean, I know some people didn't like it, etc, but I really loved the plot twist ? And how it resolved everything. It felt true to the characters, and I loved it.
Guys, is this actually worth watching?I've seen mostly sh*t reviews on it. 🥲
Honestly, it's fun if you have some time to lose. Some of the sex scenes were not that bad, and except one or two kicks that were really bad, the fight scenes were correct. The x1.5 speed can be appreciated tho, cuz the dialogues aren'ts that useful to understand what's going on
idk why people give it such a bad rating like tbh the story was basic and nothing much happened but hit was def…
At first I saw a comment about a threesome and I was like, okay, so Day and Kim used to date, and Itt seems to be hugely into Kim. If Kamol messes up enough, maybe we can have that threesome ? But yeah no, we didn't
Folks are hating on this just to hate. The plot makes total sense. I mean, who wouldn’t want to forget a failed…
I'm the type of person who needs a "sarcasm" subtitle whenever there is some, but this was a masterpiece. I read it without breathing, the lack of punctuation was just perfect xD
