I'm not sure if this is the first romcom you watch? Tbh all the romcoms that i watched has these "violent" scenes. The girlfriend pretended to slap or hit their boyfriend because they were afraid of their secret being revealed to their colleagues or neighbors. So I'm not sure why anyone are surprise about this?
