Guys the thing is BOC will be at risk with the second season if they take any hasty action. Yes they have control on how the series goes but there is also a contract in place for royalty and copyrights cause the characters belong to Daemi. I think this is the reason they are bidding time. There will be action for sure. I dont think BOC would fail us. Their stance on artist protection has always been strong.
