Just finished watching this. I was waiting for Cheong San to appear as a hybrid zombie/human at the end behind Nam Ra. I swear the way they set up the scene with him fighting Gwi Nam AND the last scene including ''shielding'' himself from the explosion with him while falling down the elevator shaft. It was like the perfect set up for him to survive in that situation.
So thinking about it if he is alive, how doesn't Nam Ra know or how come she doesn't mention it? How long has it been? Shouldn't he have crawled out by now? Is he still in the shaft ''alive''? Seeing as she can sense them pretty well how come she hasn't sensed him or noticed him? Just some thoughts. Even with those questions, I do still think that he has to be alive.
Just started episode 1 and got curious as to what game she was playing. So I googled 'inspector koo game' scrolled through some posts and couldn't find any answers. I was like how hard can it be to find a game when I can see the entire UI. Then I searched 'korean mmorpgs' and looked at the UI of all the different games until I found one that matched. ''Odin: Valhalla Rising'' is the game, in case anyone else was curious.
WARNING: I might just be delusional on this one, but I just want to share my POV.
Idk if it's just me, but it felt like the writers were dead set on having it being JJW in the end no matter what happened.
I genuinely thought after how all the characters were introduced the first few episodes we would get to see some kind of an actual love dynamic between all of the Male Leads and the FL.
After the first kiss it just started to feel like the same 2 episodes playing over and over again just with a different twist every time. Still I kept watching. I thought the other ''love interests'' were actually gonna be more relevant in the story, because it felt as they were introduced that way.
When the marriage to the Queen happened I expected there to be more variety in their interactions. There was so much potential for spice there or even another love interest. But then again, every interaction they had from a viewers perspective always felt like ''Nothing is actually going to happen. Just wait until the last episode, now leave me alone''. It just felt disappointing.
Personally it felt like the ''chemistry'' between the FL and ML was made out of thin air. The buildup for it did not convince me as a spectator at all.
Again, sorry if this is not what you experienced at all, if you enjoyed the show then that's awesome! I just wanna put my experience out there to see if anyone else felt anything similar to any of this at all or if I'm just imagining things.
