can somebody clarify if the fl is actually the shen daughter or is she in disguise bc from reading the drama synopsis…
She's not,the real shen was with the fl during the assassination in the palace,but she died. Before she die,she gave the fl her bracelet( which was probably given to her by her parents ),so when the shen family saw the bracelet on the fl's hand,they believe she's their lost daughter......... Here is the thing,when the assassination failed,Lu yuan want to kill the fl,in order to avoid being chase by him,she decide to act according to the situation and stay safe in the shen manor. That's how she bacame their daughter,but they didn't find out she's fake yet so...,let's wait and see how things go.

I felt the same. It feels like something is missing. The plot is okay but I’m not sure if it’s the script…
Maybe because in the beginning,it was moving fast,the story and the characters developed faster,but now it's slow. You feel like something will happen in ep 25,but you're on ep 28 and it still doesn't happen.
