The first season is equally good, but if you just can't wait to watch the second season, I would say go for it. In the first season, you will understand each character's dynamic, relation, and mental trauma, especially Lee Yeon. Some of the things and said and done will make much more sense if you have that context.
I don't know why but I knew it if they ever made a Korean version of Go Ahead, Hwang In Youp will be in it. It will be perfect if Cha Eun-woo is the other brother. Just imagine the reunion. Tbh Go Ahead only worked because of its stellar cast. The five main actors acted their hearts out and gave so much to those characters. If the Korean version can't bring that type of chemistry and magic, this drama will be a flop. The Chinese version had many holes in it which were only filled up because of the actors.

That's what bothered me. Like seriously, he lived for three lifetimes, got married three times, and suffered in all of them. The name should have been Till the end of the suffering of Tantai Jin. I have so many complaints about this drama. I am just so frustrated with this drama. Gonna watch Love is Sweet to heal myself from this drama.

It would have been better if we could see him reincarnated. Man, the ending was not satisfactory at all. They could have done the Ten Miles of Peach Blossom ending. Anything but this ending. And the scenes they cut just to fit in the new guideline destroyed the drama. So disappointed.
