Yes, you’re right — some may like it, some may not. It’s just a matter of personal taste, so obviously not everyone is toxic. For example, I’m a Xiao Zhan fan, but I didn’t like the storyline of some of his dramas — that doesn’t make me toxic. But in this case, most of the low ratings are coming from those two fandoms, so XFXs just defended him. Still, some fans are always in the mood to argue and don’t understand the simple fact that this only creates problems for Xiao Zhan himself. He’s such a lowkey person, but some of his fans keep getting into fights, which goes completely against his calm nature.
From the genres and the trailer it does look like a serious revenge drama, closer to the recent Legend of Zang…

.sometime I feel when actors themselves don't have problem with one another y their fans always get involved..They are actors, they work so hard for one particular drama nd bychance it gets flop or even hit. The very next moment other actors fandom start bullying calling flop actor etc etc. It's not necessary that all the dramas they do should be hit and there are so many factors whether the drama is hit or not..Do they really deserve all this hate ? I m actually telling both the fandom.. I watched so many dramas like korean, thai , chinese but I feel c-actors have the most toxic fanbase, always into each other like who is better than whom. They don't understand Coz of fanwars they are actually hurting their own fav , their reputation. Ultimately the actors suffer which hurt me the most. I m sure they are also fed up of this or may be used to this..I know this fanwars will never gonna end , it's just my personal opinion... Nd I m into chinese drama coz of xiao zhan and honestly I m his fanbut I m not into any kind of fanwars and if I love other actors drama I will support .
