This was good, but it was still a hard watch for me. The ML is arrogant, self centred and rude af and FL is an emotional masochist. The only thing that kept me going was their amazing chemistry, it really looked like they were in love.

Well he couldn't even take a stand for himself after seeing he has been deceived...he could only stand there and cry to cancel the marriage, but with no use. So do you think he can help her get revenge on the same people infront of whom he is crying. I guess FL realized that at that moment, so she was like I'm out of here, I can get my revenge better alone than getting tied down by becoming the concubine of this crybaby.
This is the first time for me to watch a costume drama with these many deaths. I went inside thinking this is a funny drama, but it was more than that. I have a warning or you could say spoiler for whoever is gonna watch this series, don't fall for any of the characters other than ML and FL, bcoz they all gonna die. I don't even need my whole fingers to count the amount of people that were alive at the end.
I have seen him somewhere, I'm just going crazy bcoz I can't remember where. Was he part of some idol survival show? They have only listed Burn Up here which I haven't watched.
I didn't understand until the end, does the Hero and the Villain of this series have some superpowers? How are they flying, moving like a superfast train, breaking walls and floor with just one punch? And even more absurd thing is, they are standing fine the other day with just some bandaids here and there in their faces. Bro you should be in the hospital, what are you doing in the school after all that?
Other than that the story and it's execution was good. It kept me on hold until the end. And I guess it's the first time for me to finish a series in just 2 days. I'm someone who takes time to finish even a mini series.

8.5/10 Wonderful Drama 👍 Loved FL's eccentric personality. But I would cut 1 point for that as*h*le move the ML pulled on FL and 0.5 for the lack of chemistry between the leads, other than that it was a good watch.

Then you are gonna struggle until the end. But if you ignore Dunk's awkward acting and their too soon to be true and unappealing romance, the story is fine. But if you don't watch it, you are not gonna miss out on anything special. I completed it only bcoz I really wanted to know how they are gonna play this out and end it, so I understand if you continue watching, my sympathy is with you 🫂
Isn't the acting supposed to improve with each project, why is it getting worse. I loved Dunk's acting in Heart Killers, but I don't know what happened to him in this series, his acting looked so awkward. I'm a sucker for romance, but the romance and kisses in this series was so painful to watch. The only time I laughed was when they were not able to open the ring box and only time I was shocked was when that girl was alive, other than that the story and execution was meh. The kids in this series are sooo stupid, they don't know how to stay safe. If the killer can't get to them, they will go towards the killer to get killed.
The series was amazing until the fact that those villains died just like that. Where is the suffering? After watching the ninth episode, I was waiting for them to die the same way they killed their victims, but tf those old hags died just like that 😤

You are right, it's okay if they are not lovey dovey as they are warriors, but they showed their lovey dovey moments which was not at all lovey dovey. That was more the reason it was awkward for me to watch their supposedly romantic scenes...they looked better together in their fighting scenes...they should have sticked with that
The plot is good, but I don't feel the chemistry between the two leads. I think Princess Xiyang and Emperor of Jinxiu had more chemistry than the leads.
