Yes , i too agree!! MM already said that nobody want to love him but when TDK said she will love him and teach him what is compassion and love and then MM started noticing her. She had boring life but she is brave and had courage to deal with her disease. In ep 3 han yeri's cameo his research summarized that TDK have something different and that's why he developed feelings. And dude someday the exceptions are going to happen in every persons life?. So it also for MM as well. Ep 3. The terms are as follows: within 100 days (this limit is fixed since she is fated to die due to her cancer), TDK must: 1. Wish for MM aloud to End The World. (Fixed: Drunk TDK made a wish on his shooting star during his birthday to end the world. During MM's birthdays, they choose one wish to grant and he chose TDK's - since he also wanted that to happen (for him to finally disappear), he actually forced her to accept the deal as seen at the end of Ep1 and Ep2) 2. She is also given another "real" wish she can ask MM to grant as sober. 3. MM, in exchange, will make her feel no pain during the 100 days of contract that will be caused by her illness - thus he gave her the rechargeable red thread bracelet.
It is considered as a contract breach if: 1. TDK didn't wish aloud to MM to end the world within 100 days. 2. If TDK exceeded the limit of 100 days without wishing about the doom and dies. 3. She suddenly die without wishing for doom within 100 days. (so basically, all MM wants to hear is for her to wish Doom that she needs to say aloud within those 100 days.)
And in the exact moment the contract breaches, the person she loves at that exact time will die.
TDK thinks the contract is ridiculous from the start since she didn't thought that a supernatural being will grant it anyway most especially it's about bringing an end to the world and it was a drunken wish, but MM sees this as an opportunity to finally get out of his fate of being in endless suffering. MM used the truck scene in his advantage and at the same scene, TDK starts feeling the symptoms of her illness. The contract got sealed once she took his hands. In a way, the contract works for them both since I think TDK has already accepted her fate to die anyway, yet she just don't want to have a painful death or feel the pain due to her illness as days pass. And when end of the world happens, MM will be freed from his fated role. As TDK will probably breach the contract because she doesn't want people she care about to die (from the apocalypse or the breach), she told her plan is to love MM the most so her brother (whom she loved the most now) will not die by the time the contract gets breached. Thus in 100 days, she needs to Love MM, that could eventually kill him (not sure about this though because he said he can only die if the world disappears, but I think he just don't know if it's possible in that way).
