She was evil since the beginning. At first she just wanted to have a higher position, so she took care of shanggu gained her trust and went as her servant in god realm but then she started craving for more. Slowing she started wanting power and her obsession made her evil.

He has the power of chaos . Tianqi and Baijue asked him not to use his power of chaos to protect him wuhuan. About not being True God I guess there only can be 4 true god. Him becoming Chief of god I don't know about it either.

They say Yuanqi looks more like Baijue but to me idk why he just looks more like Shanggu...........and his personality is such a mixture of both, Genius as Baijue and playful as Shanggu
