If you watched "Black" (2017) you can find there a plot with the screenwriter - the name of her drama was "Mouse" where Leo was given a role of policeman and there was also a scene where he was lying in hospital bed holding a bird. This scenes are like from this drama (2021) - "Mouse" was written by same screenwritter as "Black"
Like she was giving us a little spoiler and easteregg :))

I couldn't find a comment about it, but have you noticed, that in the plot with the screenwriter and Leos drama, the name of her drama was "Mouse" where Leo was given a role of policeman and there was also a scene where he was lying in hospital bed holding a bird. This scenes are like from the original drama "Mouse" from 2021 (4 years later) which was written by the same screenwriter as Black.
