You’re absolutely right, I’ve watched tons of dramas where the friendship bond is too good to ignore.
It’s been a minute since I watched a C-drama as I’ve been hooked on J-dramas and sometimes K-dramas lately, so when I learnt about WOF,I said yup!this is just right down my alley and I’m glad I stuck around 🤗.

I remember when MLC with Chen Yi came out in 2023 people liked it very much & this settings with majority of a male casts is the same as MLC back then.
So I’m confused as to why people desperately want romance in this,when it’s doing amazing WITHOUT it,same for MLC which is written by the same author.
Or is it because it’s Luo Yunxi aura farming and being a badass that they’re hating?🥴

Oh,you’re just like me. I watch dramas with no romance. I love bromance dramas cos there’s more chemistry and a bond than romance dramas.
I guess,these people are hating the drama cos of luo yunxi

Is because,they’re soo used to see C-dramas with romance that,they’re either hating or keep asking if there’s romance,they want romance or if there’ll be slight romance in a drama that doesn’t need romance.
People can’t seem to enjoy the fact that,not all dramas or genres deserve a romantics sub plot. Honestly it’s tiring how people keep asking the same question on here 🙂‍↔️.

Exactly and then when TLC was stating pure facts to him,you can see how A-yan was doubting himself but ended up forcing himself to say that I don’t believe it,you could manipulate Fang Zhou but you won’t do that to me.
Like hello??? If you were able to doubt yourself the slightest,that means there’s truth in what’s being told but off course he’s too stubborn and hate driven 🤦🏽‍♀️.

TLC being able to use the qin Fang Zhou passed on to him is really cool,a flex even. Fang Zhou definitely saw something in TLC,I feel like he had a very soft spot for TLC and saw the good in him to point of letting him inherit his martial arts skills,his qin,the qin skills and a lot of other things.
No wonder why TLC can’t let go of Fang Zhou and wants to bring him back so badly.

Also,the fact that TLC tried to explain twice to A-Yan about what happened back then,while A-Yan just cuts him off and even lashes out at him is very telling. You can’t reason with someone like that,He’s too far gone in his hatred that,he’s blind to everything else.
But TLC was right in telling him that,deep down A-Yan knows that there’s even a slightest chance that,what happened back then wasn’t what it seemed and he’s scared he’ll end up killing the wrong person,when he finds out the truth.

Luo Yunxi is the only main lead,the rest are supporting casts.

Loved the scene & the conversation with Fang Zhou & A-Li in the peach blossom garden.
How Tang Li ci was dreaming of Fang Zhou and when he saw him,A-Li quickly ran to him,but FZ kept moving further away,disappearing & appearing in different directions smiling, but it still didn’t stop A-Li from chasing & calling Fang Zhou and even told FZ not to leave again.
Then finally,Fang Zhou stood there smiling at him kindly
Fang Zhou asked A-Li if he regrets it & he said in saving you? I don’t regret it. I’m almost there and I’ll definitely bring you back 🥺.
When A-Li woke up,the first thing he did was touch his abdomen.

Liu Yan: *looking shocked*This qin is in your hands?
Tang Li Ci to A-Yan: The one Fang Zhou chose to inherit his legacy was never you,but me.

I just remembered that today being Monday and there’s no Love in the Moonlight 🥺.
The way I was soo invested in this drama,counting the days and finally being happy that Monday’s won’t be a hated day.
Ugggh,going back to hate on Monday again 😐.

I really love the OST being played in ep 4 & 6 during Zhou Di tower. The song is soo beautiful, to the point it that makes me sad and makes me reminisce. I feel like I’m Tang Li Ci in Zhou Di Lou tower.
Looks like the OST is played specifically regarding the past with young A-Li and Fang Zhou ft his brothers too.
