Jiahao’s father is annoying. He keeps putting pressure on his son,soo much that it’s taking a toll on him. He’s been criticizing & has been harsh since childhood,the only person he seeks solace in is jiashu no wonder why Jiahao is soo attached to his Ge.
I like how jiashu has been lowkey keeping an eye on Jiahao, but his backstory made me sad. I hate how the He family,especially jiahao’s father treated jiashu after finding out the truth about his birth.

Also I feel like Jiashu telling Jiahao he’s hurting himself & others mean, Jiahao doesn’t know how much jiashu is hurting when he(Jiahao) gets hurt.

Love the first 4 episodes. He jiashou may be mad & hurt by jiahao but look at how he dropped everything & rushed to jiahao’s aid. He still cares for Jiahao but finds it difficult to forgive him at the moment.

The way Kan tells Wasan to stay with him & he won’t let Wasan down in ep 8 preview, shows how much he loves Wasan & he’s low-key/high-key begging wasan not to leave him,cos the probability of Kan being miserable is an all time high 😩.

Oh yes! Their mama gotta catch these hands, the strays be hitting cos I need to unleash the dragon somehow 😩😩🤷🏽‍♀️

This scene always makes me scream, cos why tf would you say that?😂😂😭😭😩😩

Their romance flows perfectly like the novel. They were already sleeping together in early chapters,but atleast Wasan in the drama tells Kan to give him a little time,which is understandable since he suspects him,even tho he also likes Kan. It doesn’t feel forced or cringe,cos I’d have done the same thing in Wasan’s position.
About JJ’s acting,to me this is the most natural acting I’ve seen & also thanks to him Tor said in an interview that,JJ made him wanna go hard & be natural with acting. JJ really embodies Wasan,heck he’s a better Wasan than the novel.

If we don’t get a 2 hour episode on Christmas, I’m fighting everybody & their mama. Deadass!🙄😒

Exactly,cos they were already getting freaky in the sheets in the novel, despite Wasan being suspicious of Kan.
I’m glad they took a different approach in the drama.

I think they did that on purpose, cos Wasan doesn’t fully trust Kan & he feels like if he really gives in,he might dig a deeper hole for himself. Plus he’s still contemplating since Dr Rin told him about how Kan could’ve shot Boss anywhere but went for the neck.

Somebody translated Nont’s OST for the drama & I’m in tears after reading it.
