I have always wanted to do KBS historical drama but it took me a long time to be able to watch historical dramas. After slowly being able to complete ones like The Red Seleve and Under the Queen Umbrella. I think I am ready! Do you recommend I start here and are there other ones I should watch?

I agree I think they'll focus on one time period instead of doing time leaps and that will force them to bring characters we meet in "present time" of go ahead to the past. I hope they keep the period scene tho that one was halirous and so needed to understand the dynamics of the family.
Wow just found out about this! Go ahead my favorite Chinese drama and the one that changed my view of C-dramas. I am so excited. It looks like it'll be done differently seeing that there are 2 actresses in the lead. C-dramas do a good job of moving from past to present. Almost every youth drama has 2 periods school time and adult time. I wonder how differently this will be done. Will it only be childhood vs school days?

I thought that bit when he told HJ I thought you were something and then you're something else is bs. I don't think I have the emotional intelligence to process what he was doing there.
But I thought him being honest with HS about his dates as in when he came back from the date with HJ and told her that he didn't think of her until he came back and saw her again. How on the paradise date he said he was with MJ in the same room but being there with her feels different. Like he isn't lying but definitely confused to the extent that he's confusing himself. I'm sure he's enjoying the situation of having so many amazing choices and I bet he will defy my expectations of going all in on HS after the date ends.
BUT what I meant with complicated is that he's just say what he's feeling and doing rather than keep you in the dark unless he had no idea about it either.

His good qualities: - Honest with his feelings (bad or good) he doesn't hide. In a situation where all is allowed to flirt with each other, you shouldn't be harsh on him for accepting advances from the girls. - A big dork energy. Girls like dorks - He sounds smart has a lot of thoughts and is considerate. - He is not complicated when you're together - Has a passion for his career - Good physical and somewhat good-looking
Some of his bad qualities: - He is prideful. "If you like me I'll like you and if you like someone else I am never seeing you again." There's no "I will fight for you". - Arragont about having choices. It will come off to anyone that if A doesn't work he'll have C and B waiting. - Too honest. The type who'd say everything to anyone. He also trusts other peoplea's words easily.
His controversies from my perspective: This, and this, and that: Just stupid he apologized to each girl later as he should.
Cooling off with HJ after her confrontation: His feelings about her weren't strong and the situation was too uncomfortable for him to keep his feelings. He felt strongly for HS at the time and was ready to let go. The romance wasn't there anymore for him and his other feelings grew stronger. I get it about him but she should have made it clearer to HJ that his feelings from HS grew.
Denying MJ's advances on the heli: He was next to HS what should he have done? Held her hand? Why would he start off his date on the worst foot possible? Would MG accept flirtations from anyone if he were on a date with someone else even if it were someone he didn't like? The concept of the show is that you'll go on dates even with people you don't have feelings for so I don't get why people choose to be rude to their dates. Talk about someone else the entire time or reject someone else entirely. Many dates were unaired just because the two enjoyed a normal date without flirting so a date where 2 people just spent quality time in peace happened. This annoyed me when Sieun was on a date with Wonik. I know you didn't want to go but can you at least try to have a good time? In contrast in the Minji Minwoo date, the two tried to enjoy their time regardless of whether they liked each other.
I was judging by how close they were in the last date (the usually Jeju ex date). He was holding her hand after she linked arms both were very affectionate and sweet. But I can be sorely mistaken :(
The blue moon cheating couple didn't give me the impression of good actors I wonder how they got the role. Even if there weren't many people auditioning shouldn't the casting director try to look for better replacements?
The episode today was a little frustrating. The EA-JA convo where they shared missing facts with JA criticizing ES and EA not knowing about it. If she thought the date switching was rude how would she think of JA trying to make the bf go on a date fully knowing he has a gf he likes?
EH breaking up with his feelings for HY was a big point but it was still frustrating to see HY deny her feelings and hurt him even further by trying to hold him back "as a friend". I just wanna give HY a big slap (like a physical one) can ES please do that?
I know ES is a rookie actress now but shouldn't HY's attitude as a producer be different, what's with the nasty eye I saw in the preview? She doesn't need to be licking her boots but at least show your leading actress some respect and basic manners!

hmm both are actors tbh so exposure wouldn't be bad for either. I think it's also the fact that they met for a short time (few months) and they ended badly so to get back together in the least hurtful way is to be sure of their feelings. The girl needs assurance that he won't break up again when things get bad for him and he needs to make sure he likes her enough to stick with her because otherwise he'd be too cruel to her and that seems to be the last thing he wants to happen.
