Like I said — they love each other, but they can’t be together openly. Early on the ML even proposed, and she rejected him despite having feelings. Up to now they haven’t had a single day as an official couple. The ML is kind of obsessed, while the FL has strong reasons and doesn’t fully reciprocate yet. There’s basically no skinship, but you can tell they love and care for each other. It feels more like an ’80s/’90s romance — subtle, restrained, and slow-burning. 🤍📺

The show is really good, but if you’re mainly looking for a strong romance, I wouldn’t recommend this one. As of 14 completed episodes, the main plot focuses on whether they are going to end up together or not, so we’ll have to wait until the last episode to find out. It’s not a normal, everyday romance — this show presents a completely different type of romance.
If you’re up for it, then go for it. Both leads are head over heels in love with each other in their own way.
Listen he gained a fan, I’m planning on watching all his dramas after this one☺️
“Good choice — start wedding impossible with low expectations. It’s a fun, light show and whether you enjoy it really depends on your mood. There are a few slow/draggier moments, but overall I found it enjoyable. I hope you like the leads’ performances as much as I did!
I want to thank the person who wrote a post about how great the actor is who does the ML here ... I cannot find…
Haha, I’m so glad you gave it a try! 😄 Marriage Impossible really surprised me too — the ML is insanely talented, especially his comedic timing. It’s one of those dramas that’s perfect for mid-week watching.

But my only question is: why doesn’t she want to learn the truth about Do-young or anything related to him? She only blames herself and thinks everything happened because of the confession. But even after two years of the breakup, why doesn’t she try to understand what really happened? She doesn’t consider Do-ha’s or his father’s feelings either. Even though Do-ha lied about Do-young, he also suffered. Why doesn’t she think about it from that perspective?

Yes, I agree with what you’re saying, but we still need to wait and see why he removed himself and what actually happened to him. I still feel like there’s a twist coming that will be important. Once she learns the truth, she might come out of her shell and finally express her feelings.
I've got a moment and I agree with this read.Bones did a similar thing but stretched over ... 5 seasons? Booth…
Thanks for taking the time to respond @ivy . As you said, it’s fiction — typical Korean drama things like jealousy and overstepping boundaries. But for now, it’s not bad. The story still has room to explain things and develop positively in the upcoming episodes. The next four episodes will decide whether it turns out good or bad, because the writer chose to hide some twists for the end. If those twists work, it will be good; otherwise, it will be a waste. Let’s see.
