Exactly! Also - I'm pretty sure that the mom doesn't even want them to bond. She is possessive over both of them. Wants each of them to focus on her but not interact with each other. Pretty sure she brought him to the trip because "they could never go on a trio ad kids".

This is the first time in any drama that I've seen the dad give absolutely no fucks about the daughter after finding out that he has a daughter who grew up without him.
Why are Jin Hee's scenes and her romance arc scenes so less? I'm really not liking how selfish her mother is being and how Jin Hee is not a priority for anybody in her life (maybe except her aunt). The least they could do is give her a love interest who prioritises her.
