I think i understand the FL and her behavior towards the ML. In her head, she is not separating past TTJ and future TTJ, she is separating evil TTJ and good TTJ. So whenever he acts evil-ish she starts relating him to the man who slaughtered her family in ep1 and ends up behaving with him accordingly.

FL knows what the ML has potential to become. The man who slaughtered her family in Ep 1 was also the ML. I think whenever he acts evil, she goes back to that time when she feared him and couldn't act solely based on her plan because of her emotions

I'm really hoping that they don't actually do it but the official weibo account for the show posted a declaration on weibo after the first 6/8 episodes. The censor approval was for 50 something episodes and they had to reduce that to 40 because of the new rule so they can still make changes using the approved but deleted material but i really hope they don't. Mostly the deleted scenes in the initial episodes comprised of the second couple's (romantic?) scenes

So their complaint was that a lot of her scenes have been cut from the final version so basically they'll just retain some of her deleted scenes and for that they might have to delete some other characters' scenes that they original had decided to keep.
