if they were to make a season 2 they'd have to adapt ashes to ashes which has a different mc

Tae Joo dies when he ignores the messages coming from the radio in the final scene - the 1988 world is heaven. The previous comment stating impossibility of him waking up from his coma needs to take into account the concept of suspension of disbelief.
