Not really, it would be pathetic to even allow it to be called a love triangle. SML is so deep in a pile of shit that it's laughable at his attempts at getting close.
This drama is literally relying on one thing and one thing only. That everyone believes it's the FL fault the brother died...However there is the fiance who is really the one at fault since she chased him, and the ML who probably feels like it's all his fault since they met only because of him.

There wasn't any physical intimacy between the FL and 2ML, they didn't even sleep in the same room until her mother showed up to force them in the same room. And still the 2ML slept on the floor.
