Zhao Bingwen was once close to Kuai Duo, Zang Haiās father. They served together, but while Kuai Duo was righteous and loyal, Zhao believed survival meant bending the rules. Their ideals clashed, and eventually, Zhao sided with those in powerāeven if it meant turning against Kuai Duo.
Zhuang Luyin and Cao Jingxian sent him a letter ( about kuai duo or gui seal) he was out of city at that time , he returned, saw Zang Haiās family being killed. Although he didnāt directly killed them, he was still involved. After Kuai Duoās family was wiped out, Zhao personally saved young Zhi Nu (Zang Hai), letting him live (he asked zanghai to choose betweenl revenge or a careefree life , as zanghai chose revenge) ,he started training him from a distance, and decided to use him as a pawn to find the Gui Seal. He never truly cared for Zang Hai. When Zang Hai discovered Zhaoās true identity, Zhao tried to kill him, saying something like, āI hoped youād never find out, because it would have been better if we worked together.ā
(Zhao created an alliance with Zhuang Luyin and Cao Jingxian, who were once his friends and classmates at Great Yong Academy. He basically helped bring out their darker sides. he even used them as pawns in his long gameāthey never saw it coming. š)

The thing is, the more popular the actor, the fewer dramas we get from them. And weāre talking about Xiao Zhan hereāthe 2021 "100 Asian Heartthrobs" winner. Heās topped so many rankings for his looks, sometimes even placing 1st.šā¤ļøāš„
I donāt know how Iām supposed to move on from this. This series was a solid 10/10 for me. Iām going to miss it so much š Everythingāfrom the storyline to the actingāwas just flawless. I couldnāt take my eyes off Xiao Zhan the whole timeā¦ like how is someone that good-looking? he is so fine. And Zhang Jingyi? Sheās absolutely stunning. ML & FL couple and chemistry is amazing.

Zanghaiās series is so damnnm good, it made Youthful Glory series feel mid and boring š I even stopped watching Youthful glory after 20 episodes... but now that the Zanghai series ended today, I guess Iāll finally continue Youthful glory.
