How can I follow the twists of the story when Xiao Zhan’s beauty is a plot of its own? My brain stopped functioning the moment Xiao Zhan walked on screen — and now they’re flashing abs too? I’m fighting for my life here.
Can we talk about how brilliantly Xiao Zhan portrays facial expressions? He’s literally perfect for Zhang Hai’s role — it’s like the character was made for him.
Such an amazing series! I’d been waiting for it for so long — and it was totally worth it. Ever since I watched The Untamed, Xiao Zhan has been my absolute favorite actor. His acting is always top-tier, & he absolutely nailed this role. He brought so much depth and emotion to the character.
This series is truly a 10/10 — everything about it was outstanding. Everything hit just right — the plot, The ost , the acting, the emotions..... And Lee Jae-wook, as always, absolutely nailed his role — he brought so much depth and emotion to the character.
Out of all the main female characters, Kanae is definitely the best. And the worst one? Definitely Ashua — a masterclass in being weak, clueless, and hopelessly foolish. Ogasawara annoyed me, but at least she didn’t kill her lifesaver for a reunion and always tried to protect her friends. Ashua really took ‘poor choices’ to a whole new level.she literally killed the one person who risked everything for her. All that for a Tower reunion? Genius-level thinking, truly. I get he told her to blame him for everything (to protect her). But seriously? She actually killed him? Like, girl, ever heard of faking a death? She could’ve easily done that… Nope, instead she decided to murder the one guy who kept saving her. Brilliant move.
Yoojun, Todoroki, Jian, Ogasawara… why did they all have to die? My heart shattered watching them die....
Mamiya risked his life to save Todoroki, and Todoroki sacrificed himself to protect Mamiya — their friendship was truly something special.
I can’t stand Gaoda. Yoojun always protected him and treated him like family, yet he killed him.It broke me to see them die, but something about Yoojun and Jian — real siblings — dying together hit even harder. At least Yoojun got to reunite with his real family, his sister, before his final moments.
Minjun, Yoojun, and Jian weren’t alone in their final moments — and that’s the only small comfort. still their deaths broke my heart....
I hated Ogasawara for causing Minjun’s death and even wished for her to die… but when she actually did, I felt an unexpected sadness — not just for her, but for Mamiya, Hibiki, and their child. Mamiya lost his wife, and Mirae lost her mother.
Why is Ogasawara still alive? She’s literally ruining everyone’s lives and causing chaos wherever she goes...
+Shori's death traumatised me😞 What did he do to deserve such a horrible death? That poor boy. Even though in Season 1, Minjun’s death was partly because of Shori and Ogasawara, I never really hated or blamed Shori. He was just an immature kid. And to be fair, Minjun didn’t even get seriously hurt from Shori’s attack — it was that idiot Ogasawara who injured his leg.
(&.At least I got to see Minjun, even if he played a different character here)
This series is honestly so good. Some characters are just written so well, they make the whole thing even more…
Minjun's death 😖 He was literally the best character, and of course, he had to die because of that brain-dead clown Ogasawara. Like seriously, why does it always have to be the kindest, most decent person who has to pay for someone else's selfish stupidity? The universe really said, 'Let’s reward uselessness and kill off the good ones. And what annoyed me even more? At the end, she had the audacity to act like some poor, pitiable woman. Like seriously?
