Wtf!! I just realized that Mr. Queen was a Korean adaptation of one of my fave historical comedy novel “The promotion records of the crown princess.”
I just finished rereading it for the 2nd time after many years and I had some suspicions and when I checked it was true!!

Have you seen the eng sub of the 1994 version? I watched it without the subs already, but I still wanna understand more of what's going on.

I agree, the plot is really good and everything but the characters are a bit hard to endure sometimes, especially manee (i had so much 2nd hand embarrassment). I actually gave in and watched the 1994 version without subs and it was so perfect. Thep is such an older days gentelman and Manee is so much better. The ending is also so perfect, I liked it better than this one.

I agree, I have watched the 1994 version and it's really good, with better representation as whole and the ending is perfect closure, not like this one.

Honestly its just a guess; For manee's car, she had his pic, she took from her friends house, and since she has been dreaming about him and now has his pic, his soul probably found his way to her. As for when she was sleeping, later on she talks to him whether or not he dreamt of her, just as she dreamt of him and he kind of gets shy and doesn't talk about it. However, later on when Thep is talking about her to his mom and revealing about her house if I remeber correctly he does say that she lived in house that is very much like foreigners. At the end its all the mirrors magic doing its work.

Still waiting for this to release internationally outside of Asia, lemme know if anyone gets the news

I too am not 100% clear on that subject, only a person who has read the original book and the scriptwriter can tell you that. But I have to say with Korn everything is a cocktail of truth&lies, it so mixed that you cannot even guess the ratio at this point. One thing for sure is that Korn is definitely a big villain here, and definitely had a big hand in the killing of Porsche's dad.
My personal guess is that he probably used the Gun to kill him. As for the motive behind hiding Porsche's mom is definitely something big and she is not mentally impaired as everyone thinks, according to what I saw in her expressions.
Also one thing to point out is Porsche's moms adoption in the mafia family. She definitely has a special identity, after all its not like anyone can be in this family, and that may have a part of the things going on in the background.
Seriously there is so much mystery and plot left to explore for the next season!!
But Kinn is gonna be heartbroken, as everyone can already assume that Korn is gonna be the main villain.

Don't rush or overcomplicate things, as @Bibibeep said give yourself time to think through your emotions. Especially as sexuality is put into main question before whether you like the other person can complicate things. So right now think through your interaction, how you feel and how they make you feel as time passes, I'm sure you will able to find your answers slowly. I hope that helps.

And Uncle Korn other than justifying himself because he wants to protect Porsche and Porschay and bring them closer to their mom, he doesn't really have much to explain about a whole lot of shit. And since he was trying to hide the Mom so secretly especially from Gun, why did he directly lead them there???!! This old man lied about the Mom & Dad's death like 3-4 times!!

Also when he critically says, "History is written by the Victors." That has a lot to say... I believe that lot of shit will go down next season.

I need to go read that translated or MTLed version of the novel to avoid nasty surprises.

Also about Gun, like this dude be terrible and definitely crazy, liked(?) Mom-san, so whom did he sleep or get married to have Vegas and Macau?? So many unanswered questions. Also from the first few episode something about Macau ticks me off, especially where Porsche thinks that he is a certain Maid-san's so cuz he resembles her and when he kinda said that, the guys try to cover up(?) what he said. Am I reading too much into all this??

But I do believe we will have a crazy season 2 with a better progress of all the couples especially Kim&Porschay. Ah!!! Gotta wait another year or two...

I cannot describe the sheer amount of emotions I've felt throughout this whole thing, especially the last episode. I totally lost count of how many times I broke down crying and went back to smiling and laughing, again and again...

I teared up twice, it was surprising, sweet, bit toxic, a lot of action and a snu snu at the end. There was a bit of revelation which kind foreshadowed a new characters entrance for next ep. I'm expecting more drama!!
