Maybe u can remember that when CSY want back to zhongzhou and married with the cursed prince, and the last day she at Xuzhou, ZSC brought her went to ancient palace which was locked and when they go inside there is a patch of sand, first time CSY wanted to engrave ZSC name with "chen" but then carved into shiyi by ZSC....
I just realized in this modern version the name of shiyi not include her surname "Cui" again in historical drama " one and only" and I think it is because on the last episode By the time she was about to jump off the eastern city wall, she had removed her surname "Cui" and wanted to be the "shiyi" of the young prince of Nancheng, her teacher. So in this reincarnation she just has name "shi Yi" and shi is her surname in here
