Hahaha...I just rewatch again this drama until ep.5, actually I feel that there is no other actor who is more suitable than Allen in playing ZSC, the producers and directors have chosen the most appropriate person for the character of ZSC. I often read comments from people that he is the "King of historical dramas" and at this time I feel this nickname is right for him...and they say never doubt his historical dramas...actually I feel Allen is very suitable for this kind of character, like a commander or something like his character in UTP, he fits this character very well because he carries it with great charisma and dashing. Allen has good wuxia martial arts acting skills so he fits perfectly into this kind of drama...i still remember when he tested xiaoyan martial arts, he looked really cool and when he flipped...lol...😍.and until now I have not found an actor who is more charismatic than him in historical drama roles..

ratings are often deceiving....good dramas have ratings below what they should be, average/standard dramas have high ratings above average, they give ratings because of their favorite or popular artist and not based on the story or anything else....
