yes. this series is very amazing for me. i've fourth time watch this series and i must say this is the best chinese drama i've ever watched so far.not only they have a good actor , but the story line is very interested to me too. until now, this series still on top#1 in my heart (love)

Hmmm...i think u must try it. U same with me. Honestly, for the first time i watched this series only until ep.4 and then dropped it. But after my sister buy the dvd and i watched along with her. I just realized i almost missed the very good drama in my life. Yes. Ashes of love is very good.

I don't understand why some people feel that only the first 30 episodes are interesting, even though obviously this series tells about 5 kingdoms ... The initial 30 episodes may only be stories from one kingdom, and I personally don't feel bored after that and even I feel the story is more interesting after that, well ... indeed the story of this series is rather complete and maybe for some people don't understand the storyline and feel unattractive, but I'm sure for those of you who like historical drama with varied stories and not monotonous, this series is very match to you... because this series sometimes requires understanding and logic to understand the storyline...

I agree with you,not all the historical drama on china not used a real location. I just finished watched the legend of fuyao which the production location is hengdian studio. I think that series used the real location for filming. We can see xuanyuan mountain and all the 5 kingdom is used the real location and i think that view is very good and natural for me, not like some c-drama with god stories used animation colour or location for filming because i'm personally also prefer the natural view than animation view or animation colour in one series.hengdian is the most big studio in asia and world if i'm not false. I ever read in wikipedia.

I totally agree with this article and your opinion.. so why i never assess a serial in terms high or low rating because not always good rating is also good for me to watch, because sometimes not very high rating or popular series instead in fits in my eyes.
