Well, Christians, for example, are constantly the object of ridicule in Western countries, and no one is upset…
we have dramas in our own countries that portray issues such as drinking and drugs however since it's made by us the approach to these topics is more sensiable and obviously not coming out of sterotyoes.
why take it down? why interpret one character in one story as an affront to an entire culture? the rich do what…
ok so
1- Kdrama is now global and many of its viewers are arabs and muslims and we never expected to see a cheap insert of out culture in this. 2- we're normally stero-typed and in the worst way possible we never get to be shown as humans but as a collection of everything negative and this one was a spot on example. 3- many arabs are actually seeing that the prince's acts mirror a saudi prince who rented an entire hotel when he came to korea. 4- drinking and clubbing is alone offensive but putting that on a prince is even worse
take a minute and think if this episode was about a british prince how would they portray him? an educated man who's handsome and well mannered and charming. but whenever we get portrayed this is how we're portrayed.
it's not about being percise but arabs and muslims are a different audience. and we dont want to even be inserted in kdrama just keep us out of it. they clearly didn't even spend 10 minutes on research based on what the prince is wearing.. all of this was cheap

they have the right to do what they want and the views are also entitled to feeling the way that they did, you really should never work in PR if this is your approach.
if this was about any other culture the comment section would be so different and they might even not accept the apology but as an Arab and a Muslim I'm not surprised to see people being okay when the offense is happening to us. predictable :D
yeah i respect your opinion i actually really enjoyed the movie i guess i really like stuff like the end of the fucking world and similar shows.
for why they ran i get that some people can rationally think of something instead of doing what they did however some people cannot think rationally at the time which is normal and the guy does say that they should go back when they heard the dad wasn't dead yet.
in my opinon what didn't make the most sense to me is why the guy ran with her its a huge commitment to ruin your whole life to someone you barely talked to, this couldve worked out if they actually made the guy stab the dad and have the girl follow him since her character seems like to type to do that.
another thing is i wouldve wanted to understand more about her and her mom maybe just a solid 4 or 5 minutes of a couple scenes of her childhood.
i actually think they were clever with the farmer couple in the beginning but they fucked up with the stealing part. but yeah in the movie people were calling the cops on them a couple times their sightings and when the girl was about to get caught in the bar she worked for.

i loved this and enjoyed it so much but im sad that we're not getting a full story or even a satisfying conclusion. i hope this doesnt get dragged out like the penthouse
I'm in the unpopular opinion but I didn't enjoy this drama as many others did. I gave up after watching 6 episodes.…
yeah to be honest they can totally play their younger selves. i would've loved that. this is where good styling in the show could've pulled this off. but they took this different actors approach which i really hate.
I really don't like how there are actors for the younger roles and different ones in the present roles. in other shows, it doesn't bother me much but here at this point where seeing the younger ones equally as the present ones and my brain cannot correlate the two. not just looks even though they're MASSIVELY different but also behavior and quirks that aren't really consistent. I see them as 4 different people.
I don't usually write comments but wow...! dude this is great. I finished only one episode and I seriously enjoyed it. it's hard for me to enjoy shows since I've seen so many but this one is a breath of fresh air. the acting is natural and the camera work is decent for once. I love j drama and i prefer it over k drama since the running time is reasonable but the quality has been meh.
This time I feel like I found everything I want in a drama.

2- why do they walk aggressively all the time
3- the wind???
