How true. When a friend committed suicide a few years ago I was stunned. He seemed o have everything. Happy marriage, successful career. Then I realized I can never understand his thinking because it is an actual illness and most of us do not realize how they are feeling until it is too late. Have another friend I worry about and keep close tabs on her and try to get her to talk about how she is feeling often.
