Learned a lot about depression through a friend’s suicide and my brother’s bipolar. They both seemed to have a lot going for them and my reaction was what did they have to be depressed about. What I should have asked was how can I support or help? Their thought processes are not like most so only a professional can explain or understand. Hope you are getting the help and support you need. Now in some countries it is just not mentioned so makes it even more difficult.
