I agreed. I want to see more of her backstory why she does’t like money. What she experienced, what she knew while living with rich ppl like her aunt.

She’s good at investigation but i doubt if she likes it. She said it herself that she didn’t want this job she just wanted to go study aboard but she couldn’t.

I think they’ll be alive. It’s a story about the growth of 3 sisters.

I just noticed that in the intro! It would be even better if both sang a and hwa young collaborated.

She showed the orchid to inhye. She asked inhye to draw her and repeated about keeping a secret creepily multiple times. She (claimed) she’s close with hwayong and now asked injoo to work for her. She’s the daughter of the orchid-obsessed corporation where her brother is locked up in madhouse. Everything screams that she’s more than just a rich housewife. I’m now intrigued by her more than her husband!

I can’t with won sang ah using patronizing voice with others and ageyo voice with her husband. Lol. Since it’s a drama abt women, it would be cool if the main villain is a woman though (i’m looking at you won sang ah).

He seems too nice that’s why i don’t trust him. Lol.

I just commented on their bickering scenes that made me feel they’re too old. The serious or mellow scenes are much better. It’s a comment about the drama not society.

I kinda agreed. They seem to old for the bickering. I’m not sure if it’s the dialogues or the editing or what.

I think she knew but she just frustrated and angry that she needed to do it because of her poverty.

The genre is different for the start. Netflix has been promoting it as thriller!

The story has nothing in common. i think only the characters and relationship are loosely based on the book.

Now i have a theory that they didn’t edit the show to be better during the break but they edited it to be draggier so ppl will watch part 2. I don’t feel like we have any resolution or payoff of some plot lines in part 1 at all.

May i ask for a rec here? Please give me some rec for similar drama to AOS while waiting for new eps - fantasy, action, fast paced, character growth. TIA!

The saddest part about the breakup for me was when yongwoo speaking about the case, being unaware of junho’s feeling atm. It’s like a foreshadow that this situation can happen again many times in the future if they continue the relationship. It’s similar to Myeongseok busying with work and unaware how lonely his ex-wife was while they’re married.
