Actual it's not when he came back in the wedding scene they we're actually on break which means shizuku actual was being honest there no camera filming it's just them both with private time so they did have a happy ending the texting scenes here it's actually shows us that they started dating and shizuku support her in the america so they still keep in touch and later on they did drama together so it's basically happy ending
