I only posted about that bit of their conversation and referanced only that bit. It was a long conversation and him using peacock/crow metaphor, her using "her own room" metaphor. Each with their own struggles. They ended up giving advices to each other. It would have been a different comment/post if I refered to everything that was said between them. For me, I can't deny that CP took her "own room" metaphor literally at the same time. If you re-watch that scene, you will see his confusion like "you don't even have a room?", his first reaction was to take it literally and also some of his comments were meant literally. But in any case, if you concentrate on that bit of conversation, it is obvious he is inviting her to consider him as a lover.
It's not the first time LoLCP invited Mudeok also to live with him in the previous season 🤣

It's a metaphor from her perspective, as she says it. But take it either way, him telling her she could move into a room in his house, it is the same thing, either physically or metaphorically, because metaphorically it would mean his heart.
