Yes, Jin Mu is a fake Jin. I remember the conversation between Mama Jin and Jin Mu, and his whining about not being accepted wholeheartedly by Jin family. Oh dear, what a pretext to turn into a crappy human being. :)))

Yep, it was a collective effort. But because they emphasize on those 3, must be because those roles are important in the rite.
I have no idea what Jin Mu has prepared to perform the rite, only that he mentioned he has the most mages in Daeho. I was under the impression they need smth from Jinyowon to replace the priestess role. I might be wrong.

Re: memory first/devine power later - I'm not too sold on the theory that there's the other way around. I think it's just everyone was misdirected until now.
To Mama Jin, Master Lee said the exact sequence devine power > naksu memory, so mama Jin preferred her with no powers, or else she would recover her memories and will take a hike and bye bye grandchildren.
Then BY started spreading the other way to everyone. Not sure why, did Master Lee tell her smth else in private?

Anyways I think she cannot recover her memories if the powers don't come back to her. Which powers though? Master Lee is adamnat it's the Devine Powers.
Smth like no powers > no memories.

Forgot about the "fake accent tone". The tone was as if she was disgusted of smth. And that accent can actually sound sweet if expressed in normal voice/tone.
This is definitely another reason for stopping from re-watching s1 for me.

What if BY's soul will be rejected, not Naksu's and then no more Devine Priestess in Daeho. Leaving Daeho with no hero for when the calamity will occur - Fire Bird hatching, destroying Jinyowon and bringing drought to humankind? (this is unlikely in Master Lee's interest though).
Or Naksu's soul will be rejected and BY will be reactivated once again in a blind body and thus Master Lee will have his priestess.
Either way, I dislike the outcome.
Come on, Master Lee, you are sooo good at withholding information, why in the world you had to blurt that nonsense out?!
But her dying as outcome of soul being rejected makes less sense to be in his interest.
Really, what was his point?

Honestly, I tend to believe (after ep6) M. Lee lied to Mama Jin and the 2 souls are still there. Bummer. I don't like the idea of polygamy :))))
I hope this is not true and his puzzle has a different solution.
He should have not talked to the camera after leaving Park Jin on the stairs. I would have been better this week waiting for the next episodes.

Another thing that bothers me is he tasks Park Jin to encourage Buyeon regaining her powers, and then says "if BY regains her devine powers, Naksu's memories will resurface and then she will be rejected by the body".
So if this is the outcome, are you telling me you want this to happen? What is your end game Master Lee? Are you even a bigger villain than Jin Mu but disguised as a benevolent shepherd?
Or maybe this is a positive outcome?

Maybe, for me there was a very little bit that made me think that she could be better paired with CP or Yul. But I couldn't see romantic attraction from CP or Yul towards her. For me CP was curious and amused by her, but not to the extent of like/love. Yul was also puzzled by her.
There was however much more passion in the flashback of young Yul and Cho Young. But those were intirely different actors though. :)))
