From first season I had the impression he (Yul) was still in love with young Naksu, but he never fell in love with adult version of her. So curious if that have changed for him too.
And yeeeees, Uk noticing the change in Yul was a foreshadowing for sure. Uk will have an aha moment at one point. And not talking about Yul choosing to die.
Also also, Yul discovering BY is Naksu will definitely change his mind about throwing hands and dying. Can't wait for this to happen.
He has to choose life even though he might die in the end. But hope he will be saved.

Well it's just a scene of some seconds, don't think it will be Yul's intention, it's just how the things are between them.
But on second thought, can't wait to see jealous Uk unconsciously grabbing BY's hand in front of Yul to mark his territory hahahahaha

Since we are on the subject of Yul deciding to do things differently this time around. For me his confession to Dang Gu felt more like this time around he'll fight for the girl and protect her himself.
Last time he gave up on her and by doing so he thinks he was unable to protect her and everyone else from her.

Do you think he just wants to protect her or really risking it to both protect and have her?

I think he knows that Bu Yeon is there, but still needed to express what was stuck inside him for 3 years. He was addressing MD through BY. Like majority of ppl when they are drunk they are more sincere and more easily open up to anyone is there to listen.
"Jang Uk, if you find yourself in a life threatening situation, choose life and abandon love"
He chose love for 3 years even though she was gone. Now he is more inclined to accept her advice to abandon love and choose life, thus "I could not cry. I felt like I was really abandoning you there."

This! This was on the back of my mind all day yesterday. I'm afraid they'll use that scene same way like back when Naksu was MD. Meaning making Ukie Uk jelous of Yul/BY unexplained close relationship.
But from the preview I'm almost sure Yul will know BY's real identity this week "Take the heart and break it to pieces". This also makes me feel the encounter will be used to entice jealousy, he will only spill the beans when the 2 will be alone (BY and Yul).

Yes, his looking direction changed. I think when he woke up, he looked in her direction (in general) and then looked into her eyes, and then he kissed her.

According to master Lee, BY will not run wild since the face and soul match now. So I don't think the bell will have any effect this time around. I hope the bell doesn't make an appearance in this season at all. :)))

Master Lee said once the face and soul will match, she will not run wild anymore. Something along these lines.
Hopefully this means the zombie bell will have no effect on her.
