On Cinderella Again Jan 14, 2023
It feels more like she dreamed she was ever 29. She acts like she's 13. And what is with that boy who looks like Rocky from ASTRO btw, waiting for the girl to confess first?

Definitely, it was predictable they shouldn't have had master lee spill the beans cause it made everything predictable.…
Don't get me wrong, I loved UKYeong love story in s2, but it could have been combined with problem solving, magical scenes, not Park Jin terrible cooking became a philosopher scenes. Park Jin, Jang Uk and the rest of the mages should have been actively planning how to get rid of Jin Mu and his cabal. Find out who is behind him, find out his plans, find solutions. That would have made sense to me. Not living the day and solving the problem as it arises in a rushed way.

They made it a thing for us to crave for Naksu to regain her powers in season 1. But took another turn on the story themselves, leaving us at the crossroad.

Congratulations, we finally came out safe and we had our happy ending!

One thing that I would have loved though is for our characters from the present to work everything out and come up with a solution over the whole series not just last episode, without introducing the 200+ year old soul to the rescue. Which f*cked up so many things over the years for our characters, only for 2 min of power manifestation.
Since Naksu was already in a priestess body, they could have given her the chance to learn how to control her new powers and develop them, and make her the amazing priestess with the energy of a hundreds of mages.

So many things were rendered useless, so many mythical objects/creatures introduced and not used at all. All for the sake of the concept of the ying and yang. Which was already pretty clear.

Not impressed with the story telling.

But happy it's over in a positive way.
Loved all the actors, even uncle Seo did a great job as Jin Mu.
Will miss our leads and Lady Turtle.

Yep, but still feel the same for both seasons. I felt like this the whole time watching it. What can I do?

This is exactly how I feel, except, I feel exactly the same for s1 too.

Technically speaking, Naksu has done nothing and it's been Jang Uk who has come to the rescue. Who know what the…
She didn't get the chance to do anything. She was trapped in a body which blocked her powers since s1e1. They rendered her useless.
Jang Uk will definitely play his part in all of this, of course. It's even mentioned that they were chosen (UK+Naksu).
Uk - the one who can possess the power of ice stone (definitely needed in the war)
Naksu - the energy source for JSR

I hope they give us spin off.- jang gang. I want to know how he found out to use ice stone. From revive jby, made…
Jang Gang had Choi grimoire in his possession, it contained the AOS spells. (Explained in s1)
JSR and SG is superficially explained. It seems more like one sided love from SG side or unaccomplished love for both of them.
JSR must have had siblings who continued the Jin bloodline.

That JSR lady thinks she's the only one capable enough so she blocked all air pipes on Naksu and fed on her energy.…
JSR POV: Screw all your ideals and desires and your lives. No one is allowed a happy ending as long as JSR and Master Seo didn't get theirs. War is more important and only JSR can bring peace.
******************************************I hate this ideology that smth must always be sacrificed in order to end chaos and bring peace.

They were all used in the war which started 200 years ago. It bothers me they need that same old soul to come…
That JSR lady thinks she's the only one capable enough so she blocked all air pipes on Naksu and fed on her energy. Because she has a more important mission/role in the world.

Edit: Did not watch ep 10 yet. This is a prediction.

UkYeong get married.
Yeong dies.
Seol-Ran takes over.
War in Daeho Fortress.
Bad and good guys die.
Uk steers havoc a final time on Jin Mu and co.
Seol-Ran gets rid of all relics putting an end to AOS for good.

*****************
Uk might stay alive even after ice stone removal.
Yeong might come back when JSR is done with her mission.

It's a mess. Waited whole s1 for our FL to get her powers back, that didn't happen, then had hopes it will finally happen in s2, and now we are presented with a completely irrelevant char's plan. Uk and Naksu could easily save the day without bringing the past souls to deal with it again.
