This series is cute. However, so far, compared to the original it feels a little 'talent showy.' This series leans more towards comedy than drama. Standing on its own, it's okay thus far.
Interesting. Jia Liang has no backbone. Zhi Ming's intentions seem to be more than what is suggested. I love Cheng Huan's internal strength. Nice pace so far,
I am a fan of Kim Soo Hyun. However, I am a bit tired of seeing him in dramas where he is emotionally tortured as the ML Yes, he is good at displaying these deep emotions. However, it would be nice to see him in a more domineering or lighthearted series.
I am not liking the flow of this drama and some of the inconsiderate tactics of the FL who's supposed to be the ML best friend. The ML's dilemma is a real one in which he shared his trauma do to it and yet she is taking this 'take it or leave it ' approach. I do not see how she is a true friend to the ML. the FL is acting more so like a headstrong acquaintance.
Beautiful cast and production; however, the feel and pace of this series is pretty flat and basic for me. I'll wait for it to load more to see how it builds.
This is a touch and go for me. And with only 1 episode left, this is not hitting the mark as it should. The romance (or lack thereof) feels very one sided and uninspiring. Just ok.
The dubbing is delayed, and subs are okay. Ughh! Not sure why they were determined to use Park Min Young. I love her; however, there are many scenes where she looks like a 'fish out of water'. Bai Lu, Dilraba Dilmurat or Yang Zi could have probably been a better fit as a FL. But all in all, it's okay.
Interesting start. I'm watching the sister. I feel that connection is going to be more interesting than expected. The FL aspect feels like forced curiosity than attraction. It will be interesting to see which female is the 'tie that bind' moving forward. Both HTO and NHW are working strategy, but for what end point? The pawns are in position. Let the games begin.
This is nice. However, when compared to Maids Revenge and Provoke it comes up a bit short. The SFL is not 'convincing' in her scenes, and I find the FL a bit static. Which makes the ML seem almost too youthful within their romantic scenes. These little nuances make it miss the mark a bit. SML has an interesting edge which pars well with the ML. Yet, the female casts are a little 'off' and not quite landing 'the moments' needed.
I've seen 2 Kdramas with this same storyline. This is landing okay for me. Saint is landing 'off'. Not sure if it is the acting or the direction. Yet, right now it okay especially if you have seen the actual Kdramas that this series is pulling from.
Dai can kiss me any day!!! My, my, my so nice. The series itself is just okay due to editing and pace. The tenderness and chemistry between the leads is very sweet.
