Ok ok Don’t hate on the PE teachers love. He still has my top vote. Both him and the writer fell in love with Ae Jung upon first interactions with her. Both have the possibility to have a happy ever after with her. They both love differently but both intensely. The teacher is not being pushy I don’t know what people are watching he clearly tells her he didn’t want her to feel uncomfortable he’s in no rush to steal her away. Just my humble opinion.
All I know is that SML better have at least one goood kiss with FL. Because in MFWC where they both are love rivals as well , SML gave FL couple of kisses. This needs to be fair! I was hesitating to start this show for that major reason ( maybe only important to me ) I have a feeling they might not break the Kit Kat even but I’ll try to hang in there to the end...
Wow, well first of all this drama was so much more and exactly what I needed. I was so emotionally involved that I even cried for supporting characters that had less than one episode screen time because if you really get in to the message of this drama you will feel it too. This drama made up for a whole lot of dramas that I have just been dropping because I’ve been their and watched that story lines.
Asking for spoilers: Who is her love story with and does it end happily? Doesn’t she have a dual role? Does…
She does play dual roles. The hottie Yalkun Merxat and He Vincent will be her respective love stories. Even though for the first half her General character is in love with main lead Wei Long than she meets the Doctor He Vincent. Both end beautifully tragic, but don’t let it put you off. These characters she plays made fall in love with her more. Both story arcs are so well done and emotionally beautiful you wonder why wasn’t her story the main one lol
Ok I loved this drama more than I thought. With TWO (wish their was more!) episodes left for me because I’m waiting for subs, I wish the director would release his extended cut! I felt that big hole after Xi Shui almost died and then they cut to them back in the city and Hua Min all depressed. I know their is critical scenes missing. If anyone ever sees them or finds out if they ever are released help a sister out!
@chase_kayden I’m not the best in writing my thoughts but there is a review by Liccy Blue on Oh my Baby page that sums up how I felt about the drama. At the moment OMB started I was going in thinking I was going to watch a fun reverse harem sort of theme but it was more of a life drama, which I do enjoy as well. So OMB didn’t let me down as in it was bad I was just expecting a different kind of watch experience where I hope Was It Love will give me.
Really fun episode first that ended too quick! I must say all guys are handsome I hope they all get a fair amount of chance. Something new let her taste the rainbow lol. I know the theme is definitely not the same but I feel that this show will fill in where Oh my Baby let me down.
OMG it is this irritating girl from My Roomate is a Detective. Not gonna watch this anymore.
First 12 episodes were a good watch. Now that her second role has started everything has become annoying. Haven’t seen the original but the plot is basically Cinderella? After episode 16 I’m just going to speed through the main points or even drop.
A way better watch than I thought. It’s a funny and bright story with a good message. It’s good if you were like me and was left depressed by to many emotionally draining dramas. Kim Hye Soo never lets me down when I need to get pulled out of a hole.
I loved your post! The "WHOLE DYLAN" part killed me loll. I agree that Dylan was a better choice and it may have…
You should watch the Korean version ML will definitely make you love him. Best version for me, where second lead makes you feel like he’s the perfect best friend. Not like this one where I truly wished that this version would have given the SML the happy ending.
I came into this drama only knowing Qin Lan who plays Lady Jin Xiu/entertainers leader and became a fan of many new actors. Just finished drying my eyeballs after episode 24. I was anticipating this episode and thought I was going to be fine because I had an idea what was going to happen but did it hit me! Loving the story, acting, subtle love story, even the fighting scenes have been grabbing my attention. This drama and endingOST have helped me out a mild slump.
For some reason you can’t click the completed option. I watched this on iQiyi when the trailer caught my attention. First season was a decent watch. A lot of repetitive dialogue, but good looking characters. Theirs like 2 love triangles if you like that kind of story. The ending is a complete twist, not a bad one, but it made the drama a bit more interesting. Their is a second season on iQiyi that is not listed on MDL called Legend of Miyue The Evil Game that brings most of the same cast to modern world. Didn’t care much for this adaptation it’s all kinds of weird, but you might like it. I would give a 7.5 if I could but system doesn’t let me.
Just completed the drama. As much as I like the main leads, this story was just so predictable and the ranting scenes of the villains were so long I did speed watch half or more of the show. They also looked good together but their chemistry was barely felt. I got more emotional in this drama the moment Mu yuan declared his love and cried when he thought he was going to marry his childhood sweetheart and the moment he takes the arrow for her and gives his last words. After that scene any mention of him got me ready eyed..and that letter he wrote her c’mon! Made me wish he was the main lead half the time.
Having fun reading comments after watching an episode is like a good bedtime story. For me I’m simply enjoying this aesthetically pleasing drama. With a good story line that keeps me guessing. A love story that has deepened and grown on me episode after episode. I’m enjoying this ride.
It’s on Viki.

I was like she did not just say that. This 5 minutes made my week!
the KTEM reference killed me!!
I was entertained and had a good laugh.
This movie is beautiful and artistically shot.
9/10
