Arguably the best C-Drama of 2023. The girl who is playing Princess of Wu, soon to be empress of An, she’s incredibly talented. Purely badass woman!! The leads are so compatible and natural. Honestly, every single cast member played their part flawlessly.

Just finished Ep 10, mind blowing!! I need episode 11 & 12 right now. The way she said “alright” at the end, i felt it in my bones like she was about to kick their Asses 😂

I was thrown off too, unfortunately once again it’s the portrayal of Africans needing help and saving. Most of Africans are well off and living lavish lifestyles. It’s 2023 and this drama only adds ignorance to Chinese people and mainstream, simply because they will take this as reality for Africans.

About to start watching this, I’m really curious to see how Chinese portray Africa. There has been so many misconceptions about our continent for years.
