Man everyone is being so hard on this show! I thought it was amazing and the twins remind me of Kageyama from Haikyuu. Just that very cocky attitude. I’m looking at this as both a sports show AND a BL.
Normally with characters that are cocky like this, it’s about humbling yourself and becoming a better person by the end. If both of them were perfect it would be a boring show. I thought it was a great first EP.
It’s like Not Me x Bad Buddy x Haikyuu. You got the darker tone and twin aspect of Not Me. This whole group vs group thing and story set up like Bad Buddy, and the volleyball aspect of enemies to rivals to friends, except in this case it’s lovers instead.
I’m happy for this show and honestly the directing, acting, and story give this the chance of being one of my favs. Plus it helps that the whole cast is hot. 😅
