Loved the stories and ensemble cast
Honestly this was a fun watch, the team of misfits coming together vigilante style to seek justice is always a classic especially when the personalities play off each other and they do wonderfully here. We've got disgraced former official turned leader, skillful charming opera singer, kickass girlboss with troubled past, muscle with a heart of gold, etc.
The production quality of this was limited and prone to the typical fails of the time like blatant green screen and laughably fake flowers for the trees in some key scenes but whatever, it's fun so don't take it seriously. The cut-in with manga panels and slightly longer-than-necessary camera pans to linger on characters putting on "cool poses" is also a bit distracting, but if you can deal with those the rest of the drama is fine. Each member of the main team gets their turn to shine with their own mini-story arc while there's an overarching plot to deal with a bad guy and save the day.
And thank god there aren't any unnecessary deaths at the end for drama's sake. Lovely wuxia watch with a flair for the overdramatic.
