This was really an amazing family drama with sweetness and romance. I was a bit hesitated to watch it at first but it was such a good drama to watch. Highly recommended seriously.
This drama definitely taught me something. It was a great drama for me. I just want to enjoy this drama. Romance initiated by Dr. Baek was quite funny around Jinyung.
I just want to say... the drama should has a high potential of being a great Saeguk but it didn’t.
I tried to watch the drama. Quite interesting at first but due to some scenes that didn’t make any sense and even how the love relationship built up, I just did’t get it.

Lots of crying, romance and happiness moments so I couldn't give a drama rate below than 10.
The actors and actresses did an amazing job here same goes to the child actors. I love Jo Hyun Jae & Seo Hyun Jin’s acting. Hyun Jin is so pretty. I adore her a lot. Su Baek Hyang’s sister, Solhee. Oh my Gosh!! She managed to make me hate her character, yet felt very pity towards the end. Solnan is really a good sister and daughter.
If you hesitate to watch it because of the long episodes, please don’t. As what other people said, it was actually half of the original episodes, yes still quite a lot but I tell you it worth to watch! period.
I did skip some scenes but only few, that I thought will not affect story’s flow if I skip. The ending was a bit rushed, I expect more scenes actually but still okay.
Overall, it just worth to watch it.
