ok this is coming from a licensed therapist; Pete does not have Stockholm syndrome and I'm talking about the pop culture one, where the hostage falls in love with their captor, but he also has Stockholm syndrome. Ok so this term originated from a bank heist in Stockholm Sweden, the hostages didn't fall in love with their captors but after several days with them they felt compassion for their captors and when they were rescued they refused to testify against them in court.
