Ji Sung and Ki Joon as the main lead and main antagonist respectively, killed it. They nailed their parts and (forget the plot) it was just a treat to see them in scenes together. Also every time Ji Sung cried, my heart broke, the scenes felt so real and heartbreaking.
The one problem I had with the drama is I wish they didnt tell us Ji Sung is innocent from the beginning and who put it in jail and motive so early. (I dont know if I can explain myself properly) But i mean I wish it was a mystery to us as well just like it was to Ji Sung in the beginning. Like whenever he remembered something, only than we are shown what really happened in the past.
To be fair, they didnt show us actually how he ended up in jail. But they revealed the most important fact, and that was who the villain and his motive is to put Ji Sung in jail
I didnt like the FL's character. She was so mean to the ML for no reason. I loved it when Yoo Jin stands up for Nan Do in ep 9. And tells her to stop making it hard for him
Either i grew up or my taste change but I couldnt finish the series. I started the series because of the main actors but they werent enough to keep me interested. All 4 leads have better roles in different dramas. A good watch for beginners and if your bored and have no other choice.
This drama is not for the faint hearted. Its sad and heart-breaking from the start. Even when they are happy, it feels bitter sweet. You cant help but fall in love with them. The story is good and the actors did it justice. It also had quite a realistic ending.
The drama is not as bad as alot of the reviews are saying. I liked the story and all the actors played their own roles perfectly. There are alot of chemistry not only between the Main leads but also the other actors. And ppl that are complaining about so many kiss scenes, I dont get them. Because I heard ppl complain when there are lack of it as well. So I think even they dont know what they want.
Jiang Dian and Lian Ruo Shen are serious friendship goals. Seriously, they help each other so much. Especially Lian Ruo Shen. He cares about his friend so much that he fought with Cheng Feng because he could see Jiang Dian wasnt being treated right by her. Also Lue Bie also should be credited. He loves his sister even though she gives him the cold shoulder.
This drama needs more hype. Its super underrated and deserves more attention. It was the perfect length. And a perfect balance between friendship, mystery and love. I loved the 3 main FLs and their friendship. Like all female centric dramas, this one didnt disappoint either. And I also loved their partners. The cast was perfect.
Hometown Cha Cha Cha makes me wish I lived in tight-knit small town. It has both ups and downs but I really like the Ups. The story is great and I loved all the characters. Even the seemingly annoying ones. They all have back stories that make them who they are. And I love that we get to learn about them. Its not a hard drama to fall in love with. All the actors also played their part in making the drama so sweet. Even the kids.
Seems like im not the only one... started really good and strong but became weird. The story didnt hold my interest till the end. I even skipped parts coz it felt too much of a filler that didnt do much to the overall plot. Before I watched this drama, I read mostly positive reviews and saw some intriguing clips so I guess I had high expectation. But im not gonna deny the leads chemistry is great. Hope they get to act together again. Also, I only had problem with the plot, the acting and characters were all great.
I got bored after episode 14. I cant seem to continue. Maybe I watched too many youth dramas, it has so many similarities to other similar genre drama ive already watched. Its a good drama for beginners.
