I want to see him do a slow romance drama. Something like "A piece of your mind" or "When the weather is nice" Im curious how he will do because to me i feel like it will suit him.
And also a romcom highschool/college drama too. Im curious to see him in those kind of roles.
Im only in ep 6 so not sure how the future eps will go... But for now i'll say even though it seems long, once you start, you will go through it quite fast. Its very interesting - atleast to me
Im still watching it. (Only in ep 6) And i low key wonder what will it be like if his crush, the singer and the girl he is starting to like, the one his teaching the game to, were 2 different ppl.....
Just a short review, dont miss this drama coz of the main leads age difference. It doesnt take away anything from their on screen chemistry and the story of the drama as a whole.... Give it a chance.
In a way, shes still quite underrated even though she worked in so many popular dramas. I hope she gets more roles because she seriously nails every role shes given convincingly. And the 4 dramas ive watched of her: Playful Kiss, My Father is Strange, Because This Is My Life and Mechanic Soul; shows this clearly.

What i hated probably the most was that in the beginning, the drama is making fun of BL Industry and its cliques. So i thought this drama will be breath of fresh air. But than it started doing what it was making fun of.
And there was nothing new in the storyline either. If you take out the BL cliques, the manager's useless storyline and the main leads either fighting or making up; you have nothing left. And thats what frustrated me coz i felt i wasted time.
Their are some comments saying its unique and glad they tried it. Well im happy for them that they liked it. But i wont call it unique. Probably the only unique thing about it is that the main leads are not engineer students.

But as someone who hates being forced and also the invasion of privacy, i was more pissed than happy as the episode goes on. Anyone who have already watched it or have went further than i have, please tell me it gets better. Or else i might put it in my DNF list
I heard a rumor (not sure if its true or not) that Mark got offers for movies/dramas but JYP rejected the offers. Even though Mark said in a interview, he wants to try acting.
If the rumor is true, i hate JYP even more than i already do.
If you still haven't watch this drama, start now. No amount of reviews will do it enough justice. It was interesting from the the beginning. Both the story and characters. Including the patients in the hospital and all the kids showed up throughout the show. Everyone did amazing acting wise. The story not only brought us on a journey of the 3 main leads but also made us fall in love with everyone around them. Plus i love the stories, messages and learnings we get from each episode.
This drama was perfect. Not only the story but they were able to cast the perfect actors for even the smallest roles. The chemistry between the actors, not only the main leads, are alot so it was a treat to watch every scene.
The drama does a good job of bringing you along for the ride. It makes you feel happy, sad, conflicted, etc as the characters goes through these emotions. Before you know it, you will fall in love with them.
The leads. They are confident, proud and arrogant. Some might find it annoying but i loved it. They are weak but that didnt stop them from being successful.
Personally, im in love with the 4 roommates that although weak alone, become stronger together. And that they are there even when everyone else leaves their side.
This drama either got super good review or super bad reviews. And sadly i have to go with the bad ones. I really tried watching it and liking it. But couldn't. The ML is good and his the main reason i picked up this drama. And for a first drama, it wasnt bad.
Also the story is overused and mainly boring. I just couldnt get into how much i tried.
But the main reason i hated the drama was because of the FL. Shes childish and insensitive. She makes judgements on ppl, example the SML even though she knows nothing about him. And shes in the 2nd year of high school but she acts like a kid sometimes which seriously gets on my nerves. Her younger sister is smarter than her.
I watched this drama multiple times and its what you will expect from a romcom. But theres more. Although the FL starts her career as a nurse coz of the ML, she proves herself as the show goes on.
Also there are alot of lessons you can learn from this that maybe obvious but we tend to ignore in life.
If you want to watch a fluffy love story with enough drama to make it interesting, absolutely watch this.
Short review. A strong beginning but because of the confusing subtitles, it's hard to watch. Other than that, the story is pretty repetitive. I didnt finish coz of these reasons.
This drama was a refreshing. The female lead is strong and independent. The male lead is not a asshole or a bully. Although the romance is not the main focus of the drama, the chemistry between the leads are clear. Plus theres atleast 1-2 sweet/adorable moments between them in nearly all episodes.
The story is simple but well executed. Its good to see '' Class 7 '' friendship and how they evolve as they get closer to their final exam. Its main focus is school, student life and exams. And i think if your a student you will relate to many of the storylines the drama focuses on.
I love the message of score not defining the students. And i like that theres no unnecessary drama or misunderstanding. Sometimes an uncomplicated drama is all we need.
If your thinking about watching this, a fair advice will be: dont watch it for the romance. Although they were great in the beginning, it becomes boring very soon. Instead watch it for the different families, Rich/Poor concept, and my favourite relationship that had more chemistry than the leads is Hye Joon and his grandfather. **made me seriously wish i had one too**
This drama made cry, laugh and cry some more. I loved every character. It is quite heavy. They deal with death, denial, depression and all kinds of topics. But they also show the power of friendship and love. I loved it alot and all the actors did it complete justice.
I watched till ep 10 and i have to say, both Yuan Qian are getting on my nerves!! I dont understand how many times or how many ways Qin Shen have to tell her he doesnt like Ling Wei. I dont even understand why Yuan Qian got angry at Qin Shen in ep10 after dropping off Ling Wei in the hostel. He was just telling her to stop putting them together but she did the exact thing he said not to do the next day when Ling Wei bought the snacks.
And how many times does Ling Wei have to be rejected to understand that Qin Shen doesn't want her. And she is really starting to act creepy. Low key. Especially when she stares at the main leads.
