Title The Rise of Ning Spoiler
It seems to be him indeed. I had originally hoped for the birth reveal to happen around episode 20/22, which doesn't…
Shouldn't some time pass among all three exams? Senior Daoyan said it will take at least 1 year for him to complete all of them, so shouldn't some months pass between them? I do not seriously know.
But I think it will happen before it.
It will also give some time for LYN to process her feelings, while LSY gains more recognition and power.
In the end at the moment we just need Wei Ling and LSY to form some kind of connection so that WL will know what is going on in the Luo's mansion, and for LSY to go to him for help when LYN will face the consequences of the reveal of her birth.
Plus LJX will not have any way to harass LYN if it's WL he has to confront.

Title The Rise of Ning Spoiler
Can someone clarify for me how the Marquis is involved with the ML's teacher's death? I think I missed something.
It is not entirely clear up to this point, but from what has been revealed in the latest episode (20) the mastermind behind it is a powerful minister called Wang Yuan. It seems that LJX is one of his henchmen.
Basically they say Yi Ling Long, the man who was on the run in the first episodes, was hired by Wang Yuan's men to forge the false accusation against LSY's master. Since we know from those very first episodes that YLL was working for LJX, it is clear that Lu Jia Xue is one of this Wang Yuan's men.
In the FL's flashbacks it is shown that LJX was attacked by his personal enemy, and stripped of his title/possessions? (I don't remember exactly). So probably he then allied with a powerful man (Wang Yuan) to gain back what he lost/climb the social ladder. But this is my assumption it has not yet been revealed why he's working for him.

Hey can you please tell me what episode does the male lead get his exam result back? Also does that annoying daughter…
Episode 20. No, it doesn't, it was too obvious for our smart leads to fall for it.

Title The Rise of Ning Spoiler
So i guess the one LSY hands a letter to in episode 21 preview is Wei Ling?. From people who recognize the actor,…
It seems to be him indeed. I had originally hoped for the birth reveal to happen around episode 20/22, which doesn't seem to be happening from the trailers. But at least the birth father is making his appearance on 21, thus establishing a connection with male lead. So I hope in a few more episodes the truth of LYN real identity will be revealed.

Writer has messed up Sa ra's character but Park Hana playing this antagonist role to its absolute best. Even if…
I respect your opinion, but I think she is very overrated, and that is probably the very reason why we are fed this garbage right now.
She looks comical instead of evil whenever she smirks like she thinks she is so smart, because it's obvious to any person with an average intelligence that her plots are so stupid and bound to be exposed sooner or later.
And whenever she cries and yells at YK her undying love she is supposed to look like she is acting in a believable way, but still acting. Instead she acts like those are SR's real feelings, when we know, because of both her words and her actions, that she is and was in love with other men and had no problem sleeping with them.
She overacts whenever she has a chance, she reminds me of Thebe's widows in the greek tragedies. Well obviously there's no comparison between the greek tragedies, that are masterpieces of the world literature, and this silly show.

Title Young Lady and Gentleman Spoiler
My thoughts exactly, I will spare myself both episodes of this weekend as I did in the past weeks. But it's so…
The only reason why I'm still following this mess through comments here and on soompi is because unfortunately I got attached to the two leads and the kids (I couldn't care less about the rest of the characters). And since I wasted so much time on this, I at least wish to see their happy ending. So I should feel like watching the long awaited kiss, right? It took 43 episodes to happen. But no, she even took away from me the excitement of witnessing the blossoming of their relationship. I don't feel any urge to watch it.

There is a show called five enough; its basically the same plot as this show except the age gap, I LOVED THAT…
My thoughts exactly, I will spare myself both episodes of this weekend as I did in the past weeks. But it's so sad thinking about the potential this show had. When I started this I didn't even know about family drama, then thanks to some of you suggesting it I've also watched FC. This is so bad compared to FC.
I had hopes they would be similar, but no way. Had I known this inept writer would rycicle her stupid, unoriginal, and implausible tropes to no end I wouldn' t have waited until ep 38 to drop this garbage.
I feel robbed of my precious free time.

What happened?
Well, we all knew that was happening. I thought she came up with something else on top of that XD
And now I guess other 9 eps of pure stupidity until the last second of the show when maybe the leads will share a passionate stare and THE END.
Good job writer, I think I've never watched anything more unbelievibly stupid than this show.

I appreciate your point of view, and that might have been their aim, but the rendition is poor. And btw even if…
I've also wondered what kind of connection she has to producers/director/writer, 'cause let's face it her character is a dull one dimensional plain evil *itch totally unrelatable.
What's so interesting about her? She had no growth throughout the entire series, she is now just the same as she was at the beginning. The only things she has done so far are lying, feeling sorry for herself, lying, putting up a teary show for the dumb and dumber YK and CG, and some more lying.
And repeat to no end.
She was not redeemed, she never really paid for the sins she committed, what's the point of giving her the spotlight?
I had thought, before it started, that the whole point of the amnesia plot was making YK stop with his wishy-washy attitude toward his relationship with DD, and to have SR reach the bottom so she could start her path to redemption.
But in the end it was just a way to create angst for the main couple for 10+ episodes, because the writer didn't have any better idea.
And now with only 10 episodes left the leads are once again dealing with this same stupid and trite "SR tricking the gullible male lead, sob, sob" kinda plot, when there should be so many, and more interesting, things to deal with...

YG finally takes a firm decision and announces to everyone about his intention to get married only to find ChoSara…
I couldn't agree more, their marriage is just the beginning of the story, not the end. They would still have plenty of challenges to face. That shows how poor a writer this is.

I appreciate your point of view, and that might have been their aim, but the rendition is poor. And btw even if…
The way she is portrayed, she just has her agenda and she is very lucidly doing whatever in her power to reach her goal.
From what I've read in the last episode she is telling CG that she loves him in one scene and making a scene in YK's house in the next one.
She is just acting, and probably she does that with both men. Cause at this point I am starting to think that she only dated CG to get pregnant.

I'm always surprised when people get seriously angry about a drama showing unpleasamt people or situations. This…
I appreciate your point of view, and that might have been their aim, but the rendition is poor. And btw even if I get that this is a soap opera, therefore there is supposed to be drama, this is also tagged as "comedy" and "family".
However I think most of us feel insulted because of plotholes and implausible situations, not because of the amount of nasty things they have shown us.
This writer used very trite tropes throughout the entire series, and not only that she even continously recycles herself.

How many times, for example, have we watched the heartbreaking farewell of DD to the kids? I honestly lost count, and probably there will be another one in the next episode as well. How long ago did the last one happened? I didn't watch the last 4 episodes, but reading the comments I guess it was around episode 40/41, right?
So in a span of like 2/3 episodes there will be two...

Using amnesia to advance the plot is already a very unoriginal and poor choice, but here we have had the next level: the amnesia of the amnesia, seriously *facepalm*

And now it's the third time that Sa Ra takes advantage of Young Kuk's memory loss to guilty him into getting engaged/marrying her. Does it make any sense that an educated adult man, who knows she has no problem to lie, and who already fathered two kids, will fall into this kind of trap for the umpteenth time without any question, can't he even do his math?
And we all expected this to happen, that's why they didn't make him regain his memories yet, and why they made her date Cha Gun, but they should have used this long ago.
Now it is just irrational. She clearly isn't 5/6 months into her pregnancy, that is the amount of time that should have passed since she slept the first time with CG, and how many weeks/months have passed since YK regained his memories? I've seen a still of SR in ep 42, have you seen her waistline? She is clearly at the beginning of her pregnancy.

People seem to think YG only remembered leaning in to kiss Sa Ra and doesn't remember anything else. Obviously,…
I hope you're right, but in the past whenever I thought "they're purposely showing us just a scene that would lead us to think that everything will go wrong, but somehing surprisingly good might happen instead" I was sorely mistaken.
In my country we say that hope is the last to die, but we also say that who lives on hope dies hopeless...LOL
Putting jokes aside I seriously hope you will be proven right.

But I must admit that SR at least had some fun doing "dirty" things behind the scenes. LOL
